Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026 · Applies to https://tradingai.in
1. Introduction
TradingAI ("we", "us", "our", operator of tradingai.in) provides market research, technical-analysis tools and educational content for Indian equities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tradingai.in, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical data: your browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, referring URL, pages visited, time spent, IP address, and approximate geographic region. This data is used in aggregate to keep the service stable, secure, and useful.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects the technical data described above. Google processes this data under its own terms; you can learn more in the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and control ads via Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).
Information you provide. If you contact us via the contact page or email, we receive your email address and message content, used only to respond to you. If we later add account features, any information you submit through forms (for example preferences or saved lists) is stored only for as long as needed to provide the feature.
Financial data. TradingAI does not ask for, store, or process bank accounts, payment card numbers, trading credentials, or login details for any broker or exchange. Market data and analysis shown on the site comes from public sources and is displayed for information only.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local browser storage for the following purposes:
- Essential functionality: maintaining your scroll position and site preferences between visits (sessionStorage/localStorage).
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid and related) used to measure page views, sessions and referral sources.
- Advertising (if enabled): if we display third-party ads (for example Google AdSense), advertising partners may set their own cookies and use device identifiers to show you relevant ads and measure advertising performance. Ads shown by Google may be personalised or non-personalised depending on your consent region.
No ad partner is currently active on the site. If they become active, we will treat advertisements in line with the Google Advertising Program Policies and the consent requirements that apply to your location.
4. How we use information
We use collected data to: operate and improve the site; diagnose technical problems; prevent abuse and ensure security; measure content performance and fix broken features; and communicate with you if you have contacted us. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
5. Third-party data sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, security, email), each bound by a duty of confidentiality. Market data we display originates from public Indian market data providers (such as the National Stock Exchange of India and AMFI) and is presented for educational purposes; those providers retain their own terms for use of their data.
6. Data retention and security
We retain server logs and analytics data for a limited period consistent with operational needs (typically up to 14 months for standard Google Analytics retention) and remove or aggregate them afterwards. We use standard industry security measures — restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and periodic review — to protect the site. No transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and California law), you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tradingai.in. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time (generally 30 days).
8. Children's privacy
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Our analytics and hosting providers may process data outside India (for example in the European Union and the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
